Terms of Service

Effective 2026-07-10. These terms govern a client business's use of AVLBL, provided by Balaji Teleserve Pvt Ltd.

The service

AVLBL provides AI workers and software tools for business customer conversations, operational workflows, channel setup, service usage measurement, and related support.

Business responsibility

A client business represents that it is authorized to use AVLBL and is responsible for its users, business facts, channels, customer data, and instructions. It is responsible for obtaining and honoring required end-user opt-ins, consent notices, and communication preferences.

Acceptable use

AVLBL must not be used for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorized scraping, deceptive messages, or conduct that violates the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or another provider's rules.

AI-assisted output

AI-assisted output can be inaccurate or incomplete. The client business remains responsible for business decisions, customer promises, permissions, and instructions.

Data, providers, and service changes

Data requests follow the User Data Deletion page and Privacy Policy. AVLBL may rely on communications, hosting, AI-processing, monitoring, and billing providers; their outages, policy decisions, or account restrictions can affect service.

AVLBL may suspend or limit access for misuse, a security risk, non-payment once billing is live, channel-provider violation, or conduct that threatens customers, providers, other businesses, or the service.

Commercial structure

The commercial structure is described on Pricing Structure. No payment amount is published on this website.

Cancellation

A client business may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the current paid service period; access remains available through that period unless suspension is required under these terms.

Refunds

Approved refunds are limited to duplicate charges or a material service error confirmed by AVLBL. Unused service time, setup services, trials, and usage charges are not eligible for a pro-rata refund except where required by law or expressly approved by AVLBL.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Delhi, India as the applicable forum, subject to counsel confirmation.
