Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-07-10. This policy explains how Balaji Teleserve Pvt Ltd handles data through AVLBL.

What AVLBL processes

AVLBL is a technology provider supplying software and AI-assisted customer-conversation workflows to client businesses. When it processes personal data for a client business's customer conversations, it acts as a processor or service provider on that client's behalf. The client business remains responsible for its business purpose, notices, permissions, and instructions, unless applicable law says otherwise.

Conversation data

Depending on enabled services, AVLBL may process WhatsApp and Telegram content, phone numbers, WhatsApp profile names, media, attachments, message metadata, timestamps, voice-call audio, transcripts, call summaries, dispositions, and follow-up records.

Account and operational data

AVLBL may process account and business configuration, service usage, billing, support, security, and operational records.

How data is used

Data is used to provide AI-generated customer-conversation responses, operate requested workflows, maintain records, provide support, measure usage, support billing, protect the service, and meet legal or audit obligations.

Calls

Where recording or transcription is enabled, the client business is responsible for any notice or consent required for its customer conversations, channel, and location.

Google API Services

AVLBL does not currently offer end-user Google OAuth or Google Sign-In and does not request end-user Google OAuth scopes. Google is used through a service account for Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications to AVLBL's workforce app; that service-to-service integration does not receive end-user Google profile data.

If AVLBL introduces end-user Google OAuth, the following commitment will apply before that feature is made available:

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data would be used only for prominent user-facing features requested by that user, not transferred or read by humans except as permitted by the Google API Services User Data Policy, and never sold to advertising or data brokers, used for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or training machine-learning or AI models beyond that specific user's personalized model.

Storage, retention, and partners

Data is hosted or processed in India and Singapore, depending on the applicable service component. AVLBL may use OpenAI, xAI, ElevenLabs, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, Twilio, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Razorpay when payments are enabled, and cloud, VPS, and database hosting providers supporting AVLBL's India and Singapore service environment. Provider use depends on services and client-business configuration.

AVLBL retains relevant data for the life of the account and for up to ninety days after account closure, unless a longer period is required for billing, security, audit, legal obligations, dispute handling, provider records, or service integrity.

Deletion and rights

Client businesses and eligible end users may request deletion through User Data Deletion, privacy@avlbl.in, or support@avlbl.in. AVLBL targets completion of eligible requests within thirty days of a verified request, subject to verification, legal obligations, and records that must be retained.

Grievances

The Grievance Officer is a role-based contact at grievance@avlbl.in. Privacy questions may be sent to support@avlbl.in during Monday-Saturday, 10:00-19:00 IST. No support telephone number is published.

Applicable law

This policy is prepared for India DPDP Act review. It is intended for services offered in India, with Delhi, India as the applicable forum subject to counsel confirmation. EU or US expansion requires additional review.
