Cancellation and Refund Policy

AVLBL is a digital SaaS service. Access, subscriptions, and service usage are delivered electronically.

Cancellation

A client business may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal at the end of the current paid service period, and access remains available through that period unless suspension is required under the Terms of Service.

Eligibility

Refunds are available only for duplicate charges or a material service error confirmed by AVLBL.

Pro-rata treatment

Unused service time, setup services, trials, and usage charges are not eligible for a pro-rata refund except where required by law or expressly approved by AVLBL.

Timing and method

Approved refunds are processed within ten business days and returned to the original payment method unless the payment provider requires another compliant method.

How to request cancellation or a refund

Send the request to support@avlbl.in with the business name, account email, payment reference, and reason for the request. The Grievance Officer can receive an escalation at grievance@avlbl.in.

Live payment activation remains gated on founder-approved public pricing and final cancellation and refund terms. No public pricing figure is published on this website.
