How billing works
Voice is 20 credits per minute or part of a minute. Messages are 1 credit each — and only for messages your AI sends; messages customers send you are free. Calls under 10 seconds are free. Bookings made by your AI are free. 1 credit = 1¢. GST (18%) applies extra on all packs. Rates change only with 30 days' notice — credits you have already bought never reprice.
