AI workers

AI workers are the roles a business configures into the service, such as support, sales, renewals, and operations.

Usage

Usage covers the calls, messages, and processing that the configured AI workforce uses while serving customers and operating workflows.

Outbound capacity

Outbound capacity covers the proactive calling and follow-up capacity a business elects to run.

Public pricing

Current public rates and credit packs are published on the Pricing page. Prices are denominated in credits (1 credit = 1¢) and charged in Indian Rupees; GST (18%) applies extra. Rates may change with 30 days’ notice; credits already purchased never reprice.
